It’s no secret that I love myself. It’s the reason I post on Facebook every time I am mentioned anywhere, or why all of my favorites on Twitter are my own tweets. But, every once in awhile, when I manage to break free from my own seductive gaze in the mirror, I am struck by how talented, funny and well-spoken a lot of my friends and acquaintances truly are in their own ways. A lot of these people do things that can’t be linked to on the internet (see my friends who are teachers, lawyers, TV producers), but there are luckily quite a few who make it very easy to spread the love with a simple link.
So here are some recommendations for people with whom I think you should acquaint yourselves. These are blogs I check out regularly for their content, unique voice and all-around awesomeness. And by all means, if you aren’t already familiar with these folks — most of whom have a far greater reach on the interweb than I — don’t be shy about telling them who sent you their way.
